FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: prior to filtration produced beer is delivered into a vessel containing a vibration element. In the vessel produced beer undergoes vibration treatment. Vibration treatment process may proceed, for example, during brewing for wort i.e. prior to fermentation or after or in the course of fermentation and maturing. Vibration treatment process duration is approximately 5 - 60 minutes. The vibration element capacity varies within the range from 0.1 to 3 kW. After vibration treatment produced beer is discharged from the vessel and, according to necessity, delivered into the downstream devices for wort production. Then wort undergoes fermentation. After fermentation non-filtered beer is pumped into a filter and filtered by way of a known method involving delivery of an accessory filtering substance such as kizelgur (desmid earth).
EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of the beer filtration method preventing early filter clogging and enabling reduction of the amount of accessory filtering substances required with precoat filters.
