FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: double-layer metal roof includes upper and lower profiled decks, preferably with trapezoidal corrugations, with heat insulation and support elements arranged between them, discretely installed along the roof run and joined with it by means of a lower profiled deck. Each support element is arranged as bent in the form of a short section of trapezoidal corrugation, with the length that does not exceed the width of the run shelf. Support elements are arranged with a pitch that equals length of at least two corrugations of the lower profiled sheet. A "П"-shaped strip is installed onto shelves of the support elements arranged along each of roof runs, via heat insulation gaskets parallel to a crossbar, and its shelf serves as a support for the upper profiled deck, and its vertical walls face the lower profiled deck and are arranged in the heat insulation layer.

EFFECT: improved heat insulation properties of the roof.
