FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: station contains gas-liquid separator with inlet 2 for gas-liquid mixture, outlet 1 for gas and outlet 3 for liquid, electric motor 5, electronic control station 4 to control the speed of electric motor, pump with shaft 6 connected to shaft of electric motor 5; and pump stages. Stages are equipped with inlet and outlet openings 8, 9 and consist of rotor 11 installed on shaft 6, and stator 10. Housing and rotor 11 form working compression chambers of pumped medium. In housing there is the main inlet chamber 7 interconnected with inlet opening 8 of the first pump stage and with outlet 3 for liquid of separator; outlet chamber 14 interconnected with outlet opening 9 of the last stage, and intermediate inlet chamber 12 between two groups of stages. Chamber 12 is connected to outlet 1 and connects opening 9 of the last stage of the first group located between chambers 11 and 12 to opening 8 of the first stage of the second group located between chambers 12 and 14. The first group of stages has design parameters providing lower capacity than that of the second group of stages during pumping of homogeneous liquids at equal rotation speeds of their rotors 11.
EFFECT: lower costs for construction and operation of field oil and gas gathering and treatment systems.
