FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pumping unit consists of bearing frame, of rocker, of two parallel crankshafts and connecting rod kinematic coupled with rocker, of receiving and pressure power exchanging chambers, of pump station of controlled output, and of at least one hydro-cylinder with end of its rod hinged to back arm of rocker, while its case is connected to bearing frame. The rod cavity of the hydro-cylinder is communicated with the receiving and pressure power exchanging chambers of alternate volume by means of hydraulic lines, whereon there are installed controlled shut-off units with a drive from the shaft of the crankshafts. The volumetric pump of leaks compensation is driven from the shaft of the crankshafts. With its output the volumetric pump is communicated with the receiving power exchanging chamber, while its input is communicated with a lower chamber of a hydraulic tank communicated with an upper chamber via a controlled connecting rod. A rocker fixing rod is attached to the back arm of the rocker. With another end the rod is inserted into a guiding cylinder connected with the bearing frame and equipped with a clamping mechanism. The rocker proper is balanced. The distinguished features of the pumping unit are: operation at continuous maximal length of stroke, remote control of daily output of well in a wider range, less specific weight, higher repair ability and transport ability.
EFFECT: increased oil output, reservoir recovery, overhaul life of well and reduced expenditures for power and material resources.
