METHOD AND DEVICE FOR QUEUING STREAMS Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC G06F9/46

Abstract RU 2427029 C2

FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: method of queuing requests for generating streams comprises steps on which a request for generating a first stream is received. Further, the first request is sent to a first queue in response to the first request. A request to generate a second stream is then received. The second request is sent to a second queue in response to the second request. A first set of commands is extracted in response to the first request. A command from the first set of commands is then sent to an execution unit for execution. A second set of commands is extracted in response to the second request sent to the second queue. Further, a command from the second set of commands is then sent to the execution unit for execution. The second request sent to the second queue is a request for a synchronised root flow, and the first request sent to the first queue is a root generation message. The request for synchronised root flow does not pass after the head of the second queue until the root generation message reaches the head of the first queue. The root generation message does not pass after the head of the first queue before the request for synchronised root flow reaches the head of the second queue.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities and efficiency of the system due to queuing requests for generating streams in a multi-flow system.
