SUBSTANCE: rotation system and method of transmission wheel providing heat transfer and/or moisture transfer between two air counter-flows. System includes the following: frame, transmission wheel containing transmission matrix installed and fixed with possibility of being rotated on frame so that wheel can be rotated in two air counter-flows, and heat transfer and moisture transfer can occur between two air counter-flows; the first group of engine elements, which is fixed relative to wheel so that elements of the first group perform function of engine rotor; and the second group of engine elements fixed relative to frame so that elements of the second group perform the function of engine stator; in which electric energy supplied to engine elements of the second group induces rotation of transmission wheel through two air counter-flows.
EFFECT: simpler heat exchange system.
