SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose product proportioner, particularly but not exclusively, to powder products and, preferable but not exclusively, to powder products dried by sublimation for preparation of drinks or other fluid food products. Proposed device comprises loose product bin and screw feeder to feed said product from said bin toward proportioning opening accommodating its shut-off valve. Screw feeder serves to feed said product from said bin toward proportioning opening accommodating its shut-off valve. Proposed invention differs from known design in that said shut-off valve represents a rotary valve comprising at least one loose material portion receiving cell. Note here that valve revolves to allow and inhibit loose material feed while said screw feeder and said valve are articulated via drives so that said valve is rotated together with said screw feeder.
