SUBSTANCE: screw sublimator containing a screw chamber in the form of a tubular body with screws installed in it, gateways for loading raw materials and unloading the finished product, equipped with shut-off and control valves, a screw drive, a vacuum pump, a desublimation system and a sublimator control system, characterized in that it contains two screws, and additionally contains a heating system, including heating radiators of the heat pipes of the screw and a heating jacket surrounding the screw chamber, a separator in the area between the screw chamber and the desublimator, and a receiving hopper connected to the unloading gateway, while the screws are configured with the possibility of unidirectional controlled rotation, with each auger equipped with an individual auger drive, made in the form of a gear motor, equipped with a stepper motor with a built-in encoder to ensure rotation adjustment.

EFFECT: improving the quality of finished products, increasing productivity, intensifying the drying process and increasing the reliability of equipment.
