FIELD: batching and conveying finely dispersed powders with controlled mass flowrate, including supply of highly enriched uranium oxides to plasma fluorinating reactor. SUBSTANCE: batching feeder has charging bin with remote-control batching shut-off valve, admission chamber wherein suspended dust is formed and where diaphragm is used as bottom to produce acoustic waves, and electrodynamic head controlling amplitude and frequency of diaphragm vibrations. Admission chamber bottom is detachable flexible diaphragm taking mechanical vibrations through rod from electrodynamic head and producing acoustic waves whose penetration in charging bin causes fluidization of powder in the latter.
