FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and can be used in reconstruction of anterior parts of pelvis with old ruptures of symphysis pubis. Surgical access to symphysis pubis at the level of tubercle of upper branch of pubic bone, matching and fixation of pubic bones are performed. After surgical access oblique osteotomy of at least one pubic bone in direction of lower edge of symphysis pubis is carried out. Symphysial surface of cut-off fragment body constitutes not less than 1/2 of pubic bone surface. Cut-off fragment is moved on upper branch of pubic bone in necessary direction until divergence of pubic bones is eliminated, and fixed with pubic bones.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore anatomical shapes of anterior parts of pelvis, increase stability of pelvis fixation, is minimally traumatic.
