FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used to repair the anterior pelvis. What is involved is a partial wedge resection at the level of a tuberosity of anteriad superior pubic branch from the inside. After performing a cortex osteoclasis, the pubis is inclined inwards. If the pubic bones occur to be fit together, they are fixed with a repair plate. However provided the anteriad superior pubic branch is inclined with failing to eliminate a mismatch of the pubic bones, then a dissected wedge fragments is inserted between the pubic bones and fixed thereto with the repair plate.
EFFECT: method enables reshaping the anterior pelvis, and increasing the fixation stability.
