FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dressing of minerals, particularly, gold, silver and platinoids from metalliferous sands. Proposed method comprises disintegration, screening, separation of magnetic fraction and gravity dressing. Magnetic fraction extracted, sands are classified to sizes of +0.5 mm and -0.5 mm. Sands of +0.5 mm-size are subjected to gravity dressing, while -0.5 mm-size sands and refuse ore are subjected to electrodynamic separation by travelling high-intensity and gradient magnetic field acting of conducting particles. Proposed method is implemented at product line consisting of disintegrator, set of magnetic separators, set and gravity apparatuses and smelting complex. Additionally, said line comprises classifier mounted behind said set of magnetic separators, drier mounted behind gravity apparatuses, and electrodynamic separator mounted behind classifier.
