FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed silent block comprises rubber rings (1) fitted on block pin (2) and metal elements to confine radial deformation of rings (1) fitted on pin (2) between rings (1). Metal element thickness is smaller than that of rubber rings by magnitude permitted by joint elastic offset. Said elements are made up of two bushes (3, 4) fitted on pin (2) with opposed fillets (5, 6) on face surfaces and rings (7) fitted on bushes (3, 4) to revolve about them. Ring inner surface has annular groove (8) to receive spring annular element (9) to confine radial shift of ring (7) relative to said bushes. In compliance with second version, metal elements represent mounts arranged on surface of pin (2). Note here that mount diametre exceeds that of other surface of pin (2) and ring (7). Inner surface of ring (7) has annular groove symmetric about its vertical axis that matches pin outer surface annular groove. Note that spring annular element (9) is arranged in said grooves to limit axial shift of pin (7) relative to mounts. Fillets are made on section of transition between mounts diametre to that of pin surface.
EFFECT: longer life.
