SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Silent block comprises rubber rings fitted in joint pin and metal elements to confine radial deformation of rubber rings. Thickness of metal elements fitted on block pin between rubber rings is smaller than that of rubber rings by amount of silent block tolerable misalignment. Metal elements are made up of two bushes fitted on joint pin with ring arranged thereon and provided with inner surface ledge to revolve relative to bushes. Said ledge is arranged between bushes and directed toward pin to limit axial displacement of ring relative to bushes.

EFFECT: longer life.
