FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to command-measuring systems of rocket complexes and may be used for contactless remote control in whatever cases when controlled object is located in sealed capsule. Proposed system comprises spaceship, nose cone, carrier rocket, telecom system, first transceiving antenna, maintenance assembly, passive retranslator, antenna station with two power amplifiers, ground command-measuring station, radio-frequency feeder and interface with two cells. Telecom system comprises transducers, ADC, modulation code generator, master oscillator, phase manipulator, two local oscillators, two mixers, first intermediate frequency amplifier, two power amplifiers, second intermediate frequency amplifier, multiplier, band filter, phase detector and distributor. Ground command-measuring station comprises two local oscillators, two mixers, second intermediate frequency amplifier, multiplier, band filter, phase detector, recording and analysing unit, master oscillator, command generator, phase manipulator and third intermediate frequency amplifier.
