SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of at least threaded cap to be arranged on bottle neck and provided with ring with groove jointed by breakable webs. Note here that lug is made at ring top section, entire assembly being closed by capsule fitted in said ring. Note also that recess is made up of discontinuous cutout to form two segments: cutout segments wherein edge bosses intended for retaining ring bottom section jointed with bottle and retaining lug, curved upward and concealed, and at least one segment, not cutout, that joints capsule top and bottom segments to rule out their displacement.
