When plug (10) is arranged in container opening and support ring protrusion (44) is located in groove or recess of reservoir hole, shielding membrane (74) closes top plug end (60) of plug (60) and/or inwardly extending flange or ledge is applied on upper end of plug (10). Protective external closing element (66) may also be provided.
