SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-metallic V-shaped cutting blade attached to container to cut packing material rolled inside container. Said blade comprises central section with apex, two end sections and two medium sections, each located between one of end sections and central section. Note that central section comprises multiple first and second central teeth. Note also that height of second teeth is smaller than that of first teeth. The latter are arranged so that distance between adjacent first teeth is constant while one of first teeth at the centre is located at apex of V-like configuration. Second teeth are located between two adjacent first teeth. Besides, first line of teeth apices connecting apices of first teeth and second line of teeth apices connecting apices of second teeth, and tooth base line connecting bases of first and second teeth are parallel. Note here that second line of teeth apices line is arranged between first line and base line.
