SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the packaging container made from the polymer film, provided with a rotatable closure with rotatable cylindrical cutter (100), which has a lower edge (110) with at least one cutting segment located thereon (120), which has at least three teeth (130), which are arranged on the line, learning at the slope to the packaging container wall, and from among which the front, in the direction of rotation, tooth, during cutting the polymer film, contact with it the first. The cutting device (100), differs in the fact, that the slope of the line, where the teeth (130) are located, at least of one cutting segment, is selected such, that at least almost the maximum deformation of the polymer film before its cutting by the front in the direction of rotation tooth, at least two subsequent teeth of the cutting segment (120) are in direct contact with the polymer film.
