There is a ventilation pipe in the glased frame, which is connected to an outlet of a heat exchange device, inlet of which is linked to an outlet of an additional block heat exchanger, of contact-condensation type, which has a connection to an effluent gases header of building premises.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of energy.
