SUBSTANCE: offered invention relates to civil engineering and can be used for pre-heating and cooling of inlet air. The heat piping energy saving inlet air thermal control system comprising a tubular heat exchanger which is located below the ground freezing level and formed by heat exchange elements, each of which is made from pipes, joined to each other cross-like and along the perimeter, the internal surface of which is covered with a wick in the form of cylindrical segments and a lattice comprising meshes; each heat exchange element is fitted with a vertical transport thermal pipe, connected with a wick of a sector manifold of plate heat tubular heat exchanger, fitted with drop catcher and placed above the grade level, the housing of which is separated by vertical longitudinal partitions into through air ducts and plugged from ends heat tubular chambers, the internal surfaces of which are coated with a wick of the chamber manifold and a lattice from wick strips, joined with other wicks, The vertical transport thermal pipes are connected through pipelines with the adjusting tank filled with hydraulic fluid, which fills all wicks, and the outlet branch pipe connects the plate heat tubular heat exchanger through the inlet air duct with the valve, air heater, ventilator, central conditioner and trunk air duct located in the ventilation chamber of the building.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the efficiency of the named system.
