SUBSTANCE: power absorber comprises first 1, second 2, third 3 and fourth 7 elements designed to absorb plastic deformation acceleration power, and casing wherein elements (1, 3, 5, 7) are plastically strained. First element 1 is arranged in parallel with second element 3. Third element 5 adjoins fourth element 7. Appropriate adjacent power absorber elements (1, 3 or 5, 7) adjoin each other in rolling. Power absorber incorporates adjusting element to continuously vary curvature radius of first element 1. Proposed method comprises the following stages. Extending aforesaid first, second, third and fourth elements from the casing. Absorbing first and second element plastic strain acceleration power in casing 101, 102 during extension of said elements. Continuous variation of first element curvature radius by means of said adjusting element.
EFFECT: safe attachment of aircraft onboard equipment.
