FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: capacitor includes base made of non-woven material, which consists of fibres and has primary pores formed with fibres; base at least partially is filled with particles which at least partially fill primary pores and form the areas filled with particles. According to invention, separator can be designed and improved so that high porosity and heat resistance can be demonstrated provided that fabrication is cost-effective and thickness is small, which is the effect of the invention. Particles made from organic polymers (3) form secondary pores (5) in filled areas (4); at that, average diameter of particles (3) exceeds average size of pores. Size of pores is characterised with imaginary sphere (6) which is located between particles (3) so that it can touch surfaces of particles which are adjacent to it.
EFFECT: improving electrolyte absorbability in large-capacity storage batteries.
