SUBSTANCE: device has a group of light-emitting diodes of different colours, including white. The disclosed device has apparatus for controlling light characteristics, a video capturing device with a camera, and apparatus for analysing and controlling light characteristics. The device also has an optical part which facilitates uniform distribution of brightness and illumination on the working surface and optimum blending of the radiation of red, blue and green light-emitting diodes. A liquid-crystal screen is used to set initial characteristics and control operating modes.
EFFECT: invention enables automation of changing the colour hue and brightness of radiation based on radiation colour coordinates by assigning circadian and circannian cycle of a person in a given range of geographic latitude and longitude, and monitoring and regulating the required level and uniformity of distribution of brightness and colour grade for the operator-assigned type of visual activities using the control device.
