FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: photoluminescent phosphor has the formula (ΣLn)3Al5.x.y.pLiyMgx/2Six/2Fq/3012-qN2y+q/2, where 0.001≤x≤0.05; 0.0001≤y≤0.05; 0.001≤q≤0.02; has a cubic structure of yttrium aluminium garnet with lattice constant a less than or equal to 11.99 Ǻ. Grains of the photoluminescent phosphor have an oval shape and have blind pores with radius 6.6847 Ǻ. The sum of chromaticity coordinates x and y is greater than or equal to 0.89, colour purity α is greater than or equal to 0.85. Light-emitting diodes consisting of a nitride-gallium heterojunction InGaN, provided with an organosilicon polymer-based luminescent converter, inside of which said photoluminescent phosphor is located, has luminous intensity of about 300 Cd for aperture angle 2θ greater than or equal to 16°, light output of 85-95 lm/W for excitation mode 3.5 V and 120 mA. The emission colour is closer to the warm-white standard 2800K≤T≤4000K.
EFFECT: possibility of use for illuminating facilities.
