FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: lighting device (1) contains one ore more light sources (10) designed so that to enable light generation, a container device (5) having an external boundary (2) that is at least partly translucent and is designed so that to enable accommodation of one or more light sources and a controller (40). The lighting device can generate two types of light, the colour of the first one initially having predominant wave length within the 580 - 770 nm band. One can control one or more lighting parameters selected from the group consisting of first light intensity of first light type, second light intensity of second light type, colour point of the first light type and colour point of the second light type. This enables working and atmospheric illumination implementation. Proposed is a new method to ensure a wakening stimulus generation by means of such lighting device.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of wakening signal generation.
