FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: rig comprises a frame with a trailer device, on which transport wheels are fixed at the bottom in a movable manner by means of levers. Levers of transport wheels are connected to each other. At the left and at the right on the frame there are bars installed capable of lifting upwards, at the external ends of which there are wheels mounted. Bars are additionally connected to the frame in a movable manner via suspensions and levers of lifting. Lifting levers by means of hydraulic cylinders are connected with levers of transport wheels. Frame lifting relative to transport wheels is limited by limiting stands with finger clamps of the frame in transport position. On the left and the right bars and the central part of the frame there are screw rollers and sections of the harrow fixed on the horizontally arranged brackets with bolt strainers by means of anchor chains adjusted by their length. Harrow sections are made as frames, on which axes are movably installed with paired spring teeth. Axes by means of traction rods are connected in a movable manner to levers of teeth spring installation angle adjustment from 0° to 70° to the vertical plane. Harrow sections are arranged in front of the left and the right bars and the central part of the frame with the mechanism of harrow sections lifting. Horizontally arranged brackets of harrow sections are fixed directly on them in a fixed manner, with bolt strainers. Screw rollers are arranged behind the left and the right bars and the central part of the frame and are mounted on them by means of longitudinal bars via parallelogram mechanisms and turn-buckles, on which roller bars are fixed with yokes at the angle a with the possibility of its variation from 0 to 20° to the perpendicular line drawn in direction of the rig movement. On the roller bars at the angle to the horizontal plane there are leads fixed, at the lower ends of which there are shafts of screw rollers fixed in bearing units. On shafts of rollers with the pitch C there are helical strips fixed with width α by means of spikes. Strips have the pitch t and make the angle δ with the generatrix of cylindrical surface, which circumscribes this roller. Calculation formulas are proposed to determine the angle of inclination of helical strips projections to any surface, passing through the axis of the roller, to its axis, the pitch of the helical strip t, number of helical strips in the helical roller, an angle of roller installation to direction of the rig movement and the perpendicular to its axis, and also maximum thickness of rolled soil above sown seeds.
EFFECT: structural design will make it possible to increase quality of seed bed preparation for crops with simultaneous provoking of weeds and drops seeds' sprouts.
