SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to machines designed to harvest melons and gourds. The pickup loader comprises a frame, a gripping-transporting device in the form of an installed inclined endless conveyor contour with flexible fruit-picking blades and a rolling-in facility, which is coupled with the gripping-transporting device. The rolling-in device is made as two oppositely installed chain-plank conveyors coupled with the blades of the gripping-transporting device. Planks of chain-plank conveyors are made of elastic resilient material, have a triangular frame with a sharp top directed towards the movement direction, which is fixed to the chain contour. The blades are installed at the angle to movement direction, which ensures transportation of fruit to the gripping-transporting device without fallout from the rolling-in device. Chain-plank conveyors are mounted in a -shaped frame, the lower shelf of which is arranged as latticed. Lattice planks, which are perpendicular to movement direction, are made of round bars and have elastic coating. The chain contour comprises two chains installed on driving and tension shafts and resting along the whole length onto support sprockets attached to sides of the -shaped frame, The lower shelf is made concave and has gauge wheels. The drive of chain-plank conveyors of the rolling-in device and the gripping-transporting device is provided by hydraulic motors.
