FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to recovery of mine working and well wastes. Sludge, waste process solution and drill waters are mixed for 3-5 minutes with mineral additives, loam or sand, dehydrator, peat or mineral or slag cotton, and/or cellulose fibers, and/or silica gel, and/or foamizol, structure forming agent, carboxymethyl cellulose C.M.C., and/or carboxymethyl cellulose PVAC, and/or liquid glass, accelerator, technical calcium chloride, and/or technical sodium chloride, and/or pynotex. Produced mix is mixed for 5-10 minutes with hardener, unslaked lime, and/or ash dust, and/or wastes of annealing, and/or wastes of blast-furnace process, and/or cement to produce homogeneous plasto-elastic structure. Now, solid structure if formed to produce construction product.
EFFECT: reduced costs, ease of storage and transportation.
