FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixture for producing construction material from recycled industrial wastes. The mixture for producing construction material contains drilling mud, a mineral additive in form of loam or sand, or sand-clay fraction, an accelerator - calcium and/or sodium chloride, drying agent - peat and/or mineral wool and/or slag wool and/or cellulose fibre and/or silica gel and/or penoisol, hardener - unslaked lime, and/or cement and/or calcination wastes and/or blast-furnace wastes and/or polymers, and an additional spent process solution with density 1.08-1.86 t/m3 and waste drill water from drilling work, a structuring agent in form of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and/or polyvinyl acetate (PVA) and/or liquid glass, with the following ratio of components, wt %: drilling mud 1.0-27.0, said process solution 1.0-30.0, said mineral additive 0.9-34.0, said drying agent 1.0-22.0, said accelerator 1.0-2.0, said structuring gent 0.1-10.0, said hardener 2-51, said waste drill water - the rest. EFFECT: high degree of environmental protection, obtaining environmentally safe construction material which binds pollutants in its structure, and prevents their migration into the environment, conserves natural resources and reduces cost.
