SUBSTANCE: mixture for obtaining construction material relates to construction materials, made from industrial wastes and used in construction of road foundation inside commercial sites, roads, banking of well site foundations, as well as foundations for waste dumps. Mixture for obtaining construction material includes drilling waste, sorbent to 25.0% of drilling waste volume, as such used is penoizol and/or netrosorbolit and/or sorbolit and/or ashes and slag mixtures, mineral filling agent in form of thermally neutralised proppant to 50.0% of drilling waste volume, and/or natural non-cohesive soils to 65.0% of drilling waste volume, as hardener used is, at least, one of: burnt drilling waste in form of thermally processed sludge to 20% of drilling waste volume and/or cement from 5% to 20% of drilling waste volume and/or calcium-containing additive to 20% of drilling waste volume, and/or sodium liquid glass to 15.0% of drilling waste volume and/or gypsum to 30% of drilling waste volume, structure shaper includes mixture of carbamide resin and soda ash in equal weight parts to 6% of drilling waste volume, in addition, mixture contains exsiccant in form of peat in amount to 35% of drilling waste volume, as calcium-containing additive also used is caustic lime to 25% of drilling waste volume.

EFFECT: reduction of cost with simultaneous increase of environment protection, frost-resistance, saving of natural resources, obtaining cheap inert construction material.
