FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for treating different types of process liquids and can be used in metallurgy and machine building on rolling mills, metal-working equipment, in systems for preparing and using recycled water with any output (up to 20000 m3/h or higher) and contamination of the process liquid. The apparatus has a container 1, a flotation installation 7, an element for removing foreign oil 8 and an element 9 for removing finely dispersed impurities from the container and an element for removing non-magnetic impurities 12. In front of the floatation installation 7 in the container, there are series-arranged coagulant preparation and feeding element 2, an element for removing coarse impurities 3, an element for saturating the process liquid with air 4, a flow calming element 5 and an element for removing ferromagnetic impurities 6. In front of the element for removing non-magnetic impurities 12, the apparatus contains series-arranged additional element for removing ferromagnetic impurities 10, an additional element for removing foreign oil 11, an additional element for removing finely dispersed impurities 13. The apparatus has a sorption purification element 14 after the element for removing non-magnetic impurities 12. The composition and number of elements of the apparatus can vary depending on the composition of the purified water and the required degree of purity.

EFFECT: simple design, manufacturability and repairability of the apparatus, as well as high efficiency of purifying the process liquid.
