SUBSTANCE: according to the first version, the grease contains the following in wt %: 12-oxystearic acid 8-12; lithium hydroxide 1.1-1.7; AKOR-1 additive 0.9-1.1; technical diphenylamine 0.5-0.7; A-22 additive 3.7-4.3; petroleum oil - the rest up to 100. The petroleum oil used is a mixture containing 35.5-39.5 wt % straw oil AU and 42.5-48.5 wt % aviation oil MS-20 or selective solvent-refined oil M-20. According to the second version, the lubricant contains the following in wt %: 12-oxystearic acid 8-12; lithium hydroxide 1.1-1.7; AKOR-1 additive 0.9-1.1; technical diphenylamine 0.4-0.6; DF-11 additive 5-6; petroleum oil - the rest up to 100. The petroleum oil used is a mixture containing 34.8-38.8 wt % straw oil AU and 41.9-47.9 wt % aviation oil MS-20 or selective solvent-refined oil M-20.
EFFECT: high reliability and longer service life of friction assemblies of machines and mechanisms.
