FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: finely dispersed graphite powder of natural origin is mixed with highly oriented pyrolytic graphite at the volume ratio of 5:1. Then the produced mix is soaked while mixing for at least 16 hours in 70% solution of concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids at the volume ratio of 4:1 with subsequent flushing of the mixture with water. Then additional drying is carried out at the temperature of 100-150°C for 5-8 hours, and thermal treatment is done at the temperature of 1000-1200°C for at least 15 hours to form flaky graphite particles. Flaky graphite particles are introduced into alcohol or acetone, and ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 1-3 hours, afterwards the flaky graphite particles are extracted from alcohol or acetone, and a powder of fullerene S60 or S70 is added at the weight ratio of 15:1. The produced mixture of the flaky graphite particles and the powder of fullerene S60 or S70 is placed under vacuum conditions and thermally treated at 590-610°C for at least 15 days, afterwards the produced mixture is mixed with a plastic lubricant until it is fully distributed in the volume of the plastic lubricant that has the following composition, wt %: highly oriented pyrolytic graphite and finely dispersed graphite powder 12-15, fullerene powder S60 or S70 0.8-1, plastic lubricant - balance.

EFFECT: improved antifriction, anti-scuffing, antiwear properties of fractioning surfaces.
