FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lubricating composition, containing a lubricating liquid and graphite nanoparticles, dispersed in the said liquid, and the content of the graphite nanoparticles, which have an average thickness of less than 5 nm, in the lubricating liquid constitutes from 0.001 to 0.01 wt % of the lubricating liquid weight, with the said nanoparticles being represented with the plates of fluorinated grapheme, containing from 8.98 to 13.84 at.% of fluorine. The claimed invention also relates to a method for the preparation of the lubricating composition.
EFFECT: creation of the economically effective lubricating composition, which possesses excellent properties for friction reduction, increased anti-wear properties and improved sedimentation stability.
