FIELD: mixing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for high-quality mixing of fluid materials with different physical properties, mainly liquids and suspensions, as well as gas-liquid flows in order to obtain homogeneous mixtures, in particular, with changed physical and chemical properties and obtaining new products. Rotary-pulsating apparatus includes a housing with inlet and outlet pipes of the treated liquid (suspension), a stator located on the housing, rotor is on a rotating shaft, concentric coaxial cylinders located parallel to the axis of rotation of the shaft, entering each other during assembly with a distance between them and slots on the cylinders, according to invention, on opposite sides of rotor and stator cylinders there are blind inductors of cylindrical shape and/or in form of polyhedrons, centres of characteristic diameters of inductors are displaced into outer surfaces of rotor and stator cylinders by distance of 0.1÷1.0 characteristic diameter of inductors, distance between inductors on cylinders is 0.1÷1.0 and more than characteristic diameter of inductor, ratio of dimensions of inductors height to width is 0.1÷1.0, mainly 0.618, distance between rotor cylinders and the stator depends on the processed material physical and chemical properties, the number of inductors on the rotor and stator cylinders is constant or increases/decreases from the centre of rotation to the periphery, at the outlet and/or inlet branch pipe of the apparatus there is at least one nozzle of the Ranque-Hilsch pipe; a static mixer is installed in front of/behind the nozzle of the Ranque-Hilsch pipe; one or more alternating rotor-stator pairs are installed in the apparatus at the same time on the shaft.

EFFECT: higher quality of mixing of the mentioned materials with the possibility of obtaining a homogeneous output product.
