SUBSTANCE: device for controlled directional drilling of the well includes bent sub and disturbing action device containing element which provides axial and azimuth components of the force that acts on drilling bit. At that, drilling column and the above disturbing action device are in-line connected to drilling bit and bring it into action irrespective of rotation of drilling column. At that, disturbing action device changes the operation of drilling bit from time to time and thus diverts the trajectory of the well in the required direction. Method of the well deviation with the use of the above device and arrangement of the bottom of drilling column including the above device for controlled directional drilling is also described.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability and efficiency of operation of the device for controlled directional drilling.
