FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mechanism of aerial lifting consists of case installed on bracket, and of electric engine and reducer (6) arranged in case. Input and intermediate steps of reducer (6) are made in form of cylinder tooth gears (7, 8). Pinion (9) of inlet step is set on the shaft of the electric engine. Tooth gear (9) of the inlet step is mounted on the shaft of the electric engine; tooth gear (10) of this step and pinion (11) of the intermediate step are mounted on intermediate shaft (12) installed in support bracket (14) whereon there is also secured the electric engine. Tooth gear (15) of the intermediate step is fixed on the input shaft of the output step - a worm reducer made in form of a separate item (16) mounted on support bracket (14). The output shaft of the worm reducer is connected with a driven semi-shaft of a pivoted base by means of a rigid bush coupling. The driven semi-shaft and the support semi-shaft are fixed in the bracket adjoining the case. A rigid stop is positioned on the bush coupling; the stop is connected with sensors of initial and final positions of loading (aerial) through a spring plate.
EFFECT: increased reliability of drive operation and its upgraded technical-operational characteristics.
