SUBSTANCE: test device has a strain gauge, an armchair guide with a support and an upper chord, load transmission apparatus which comes into contact with opposite sides of the post of the armchair guide and attached to the strain gauge, and a floor plate which is attached to the top chord of the armchair guide and to the load transmission apparatus.
EFFECT: high transmission of the local load to the armchair guide owing to use of the existing installation situation.
