FIELD: motor-car industry; production of carcasses for tires.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of motor-car industry, in particular, to the methods of manufacture of carcasses for air tires. The method provides for of manufacture of one layer of the carcass by application of the elongated sections allocated on the round surface of a toroidal base. Each of the elongated sections is laid in the form of a U-shaped figure along the contour of a cross-section of a toroidal base for creation of two lateral sections, mutually spaced from each other in the axial direction and one corona section. The corona section is spread over an outside section in a radial direction between the lateral sections. Then the ring-shaped strengthening constructions are applied to the area located close to the internal peripheral edges at least of one layer of the carcass. Each of the sections is laid actually in the plane, that is in parallel displaced in respect to the meridian plane of the toroidal base. The invention provides a structure of a carcass for tires of transportation vehicles and the tires for transportation vehicles. The invention allows to increase strength of the tires in the area of the beads of tire.
EFFECT: increased strength of the tires in the area of the beads of tires.
