FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of recipe components, extraction of citrus plants rind with carbon dioxide to separate the according micelle, cutting of rustic tobacco and liquorice root. After cutting the rustic tobacco and the liquorice root are dried in the microwave field until residual moisture is around 20% with the microwave field capacity that ensures raw materials heating to the temperature inside pieces making 80-90°C, for at least an hour. Then the rustic tobacco and the liquorice root are mixed, impregnated with the extracted miscella with extract content of 0.03% from the mixture mass. During impregnation pressure is also increased, and after impregnation the pressure is reduced down to atmospheric with simultaneous freezing of the mixture. Then sublimation is carried out, and carbon dioxide removal with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. Cherry juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium citrate and/or magnesium citrate and water are added to the mixture, which is then shaped. Besides, the mixture is made at the following ratio of the weight components with the accuracy of +2%: rustic tobacco 400, liquorice root 300, cherry juice concentrate, in terms of 70% content of dry substances, 90, sugar syrup, in terms of 70% concentration 90, calcium and/or magnesium citrate 70, water up to 1000.
EFFECT: improved organoleptic properties and extended shelf life of the product with reduction of losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in initial raw materials.
