FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method is realised on a closed loop and involves applying hot aqueous solution of a detergent onto the surface to be cleaned, followed by removal of the formed mixture from the surface and regeneration of the mixture via phase separation into a solid phase, liquid hydrocarbon compounds and aqueous solution of the industrial detergent. Before application onto the cleaned surface, the aqueous solution of the industrial detergent is heated. Concentration of the aqueous solution is changed by adding the required amount of industrial detergent during recirculation. The solution is heated to temperature which enables to reduce viscosity of the detergent to values required for recirculation thereof using a centrifugal pump. At the final cleaning step, the mixture of the solution of the detergent and hydrocarbon compounds is separated on a phase divider with preliminary coalescence of finely dispersed droplets on coalescing surfaces or coalescing elements or on a centrifuge at temperature 30-40°C.
EFFECT: high efficiency of cleaning surfaces, especially at subzero temperatures when aqueous solutions of industrial detergents become thick or freeze, or when the mixture does not dissolve well in aqueous solutions of industrial detergents.
