FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device and procedure unite two processes of metal forming into one process. Degradation of coil stock during storage is prevented due to perforation of coil stock directly before assembly of items. This is achieved like follows: metal is drawn and a pipe is fabricated during one continuous process consisting in initial perforation, in drawing metal and in successive link of its seams for fabrication of a spiral pipe. The device consists of the first and second units of a perforator, of a distributor for reception and for drawing perforated coil stock containing the first and second guiding plates. Also, one side of stock is supported between the first and lower guiding plates, while another side of stock is supported between the second and lower guiding plates. Further, the device consists of the machine for pipe forming, for reception of drawn and perforated coil stock and for fabrication of pipe out of coil stock.
EFFECT: reduced prime cost of production of drawn metal and pipe fabrication.
