FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: antiskid stud consists of case (3) with lower flange (4 and rod projecting from it, and also of element of hard metal ceramics (2) different from material of said case. Cross section of element (2) of hard metal ceramics corresponds to diamond in the direction perpendicular to general length of the antiskid stud; also, dimensions of diagonals (D3, D4) are different. Additionally, lower flange (4) has in essence tetragonal cross section with diagonals (D1, D2); diagonals (D1, D2) of the lower flange are of equal or different size.

EFFECT: improved cohesion of tyre with slippery surface, increased reliability of stud attachment in track and its raised wear resistance.
