SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. The method includes placing a raw tread tape on a soft mandrel made from waste tires of the required type and size, on which elements are preliminarily installed in the center of the mold pins, forming seating sockets for the stud flange. The vulcanization process is carried out in accordance with the modes established depending on the hardness and residual thickness of the tread of the shaping surface of the prepared tire, and after vulcanization, studs are installed in the holes with seating sockets for the stud flange.

EFFECT: improving the quality and reliability of fixing anti-skid spikes in the tire tread during mass production.
