SUBSTANCE: anti-skid stud (5) comprises stud body (53) having lower (51) flange arranged in lower area of hole (3) for stud, and rod-shaped section (52) passing from lower flange, as well as stud tip (54) attached to the tenon body. Tenon tip comprises zone (55) in the longitudinal direction of the tenon tip. Cross-sectional shape of zone (55) is a version of angular polygon, symmetric about its centre of mass, so that the distance from at least one vertex to the centre of mass of the symmetric polygon, which is used as the starting point, is greater than the distance from one or more other vertices. Said cross-sectional shape comprises 6 or more vertices, and the surface of each second edge is substantially straight, and the surface of each next edge is substantially curved.
EFFECT: improved adhesion of the antiskid stud to the road surface.
