FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a conducting film based on a hybrid polymer-inorganic composite of polyaniline filled with titanium oxide nanoparticles [PANI(NX)-TiO2)]. The polyaniline composite [PANI(NX)-TiO2)] is obtained as follows. A polyaniline solution (basic) solution in an organic solvent is mixed with titanium dioxide precursor gel in 2-methoxyethanol and a dopant solution in 2-methoxyethanol, dimethyl formamide, dimethyl acetamide, formamide or N-methyl pyrrolidone. Components are mixed in volume ratios corresponding to content of titanium dioxide in the composite in amount of 5-70% of the weight of PANI. In order to obtain a composite film based on the [PANI(NX)-TiO2)] composite, the composite is prepared in form of a film [PANI(NX)-TiO2)] through spin-deposition of the polyamine solution and titanium dioxide gel in 2-methoxyethanol onto the substrate or through immersion followed by drying on air.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a composite conducting film with controlled thickness and uniform distribution of titanium dioxide particles in the polymer matrix.
