FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for producing composite materials, paints and coatings having high electrophysical and strength characteristics that can be used to produce electrically conductive and antistatic materials, shielding against electromagnetic radiation. Method includes obtaining composite lacquer for film material directly during synthesis of polyaniline, which is carried out by limiting polymerisation in medium of solutions immiscible with each other - solution of polymer binder in an organic solvent and an aqueous reaction solution and subsequent removal of water phase. Aqueous reaction solution contains a monomer - aniline, oxidant - ammonium peroxydisulphate and hydrochloric acid. Microparticles of polyaniline in solution of polymer binder have a finely dispersed flaky structure. Content of polyaniline in produced composite lacquer is preferably 10-25 wt%.

EFFECT: technical result is a wider range of polymers, which can be used as binder when using polymer electroconductive particles, high mechanical properties and characteristics of final film materials while providing high electric conductivity in a single-step method.
