FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: plate pump side outlet cover 9 has two main intake openings 10 and two additional intake openings 11, while two main discharge openings 12 and two additional discharge openings 13 are arranged in opposite side discharge cover 14. Every two openings are arranged inside flat sector with central angles calculated by formula. Flat sectors of cover 9 are turned relative to flat sectors of cover 14 through right angle. Side covers 9 and 14 are secured on housing so that said flat sectors are located opposite smooth transition sections of housing inner surface. Stator 2, rotor 3, operating plates 5 and side covers 9 and 14 are made from hard-alloy material.
