FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for implementation as device for control of liquid flow and for obtaining low flow rate at significant pressure drops in equipment of ship nuclear power installation operating with liquid metal coolant under mode of alternative loads. The throttle consists of a case with an inlet and outlet branches and functions under a reverse mode. Inside the case there is installed a multi-channel throttle element. The multi-channel throttle element has channels. The channels are arranged in parallel planes perpendicular relative to lengthwise axis of the multi-channel throttle element and a cross point on this axis. Two outlets of each cross are connected with corresponding two inlets of the successive cross by means of grooves. The grooves are located on surface of the multi-channel throttle element.
EFFECT: wide range of control of liquid flow per length unit of throttle element.
